FULHAM ROAD, SW6

  • During the summer of 2015 two of the shops in the building reported serious water damages affecting their stock and business. As a result I was asked to carry out a building survey, in order to identify the source of the leaks and suggest a remedy. On the 4th September 2015 I carried out a condition survey, identifying two of the possible sources and suggesting remedial works. Upon receipt of the survey report, I was authorised to tender the works, addressing the two potential sources of leaks. As soon as the works were finished, the leaks ceased and the shops could reopen.


  • In the course of my survey, I identified a number of improvements, and the landlord Harpin Investments ltd proceeded diligently to refurbish the whole building.


  • Currently the building is fully refurbished having improved structure and installations. Harpin Investments recognised my good job and expressly gave me excellent feedback. I gained their trust after years of successful work together.
