During the summer of 2015 two of the shops in the building reported serious water damages affecting their stock and business. As a result I was asked to carry out a building survey, in order to identify the source of the leaks and suggest a remedy. On the 4th September 2015 I carried out a condition survey, identifying two of the possible sources and suggesting remedial works. Upon receipt of the survey report, I was authorised to tender the works, addressing the two potential sources of leaks. As soon as the works were finished, the leaks ceased and the shops could reopen.
In the course of my survey, I identified a number of improvements, and the landlord Harpin Investments ltd proceeded diligently to refurbish the whole building.
Currently the building is fully refurbished having improved structure and installations. Harpin Investments recognised my good job and expressly gave me excellent feedback. I gained their trust after years of successful work together.
