ASSESSMENT ON COMMISSIONING AND HAND OVER.

• These are the last steps before practical completion. This is a critical stage, where the operator of the building must be involved, to ascertain a correct commissioning of all assets, understand the details of their capacities and have a thorough knowledge of every aspect of a building.

• It is critical that the operator assesses and supervise the correct commissioning and handover before the landlord takes over and accepts responsibilities form what is built.

• The FM can help identify non conformances from what was designed and built and will identify if the building is suitable for the intended use.
